TouchScreen Terminals Allows the communication with the PLC directly or through network. Are efficient solutions for small interfaces, without communications outside the machine. Are easy to program and later modifications can be done without significant training. |

Panel PC With the same look of the TouchScreen terminals, they are equipped with Operating Systems like Windows CE or Windows XP embedded and are programmed through high level languages like C++ or VisualBasic. Allow the implementation of innovative solutions, like remote maintenance through internet, communication with databases and transmission of data to mobile phones. Can host the Software to control the equipment, avoiding the utilization of one PLC and achieving a significant cost reduction. |

Industrial Computers Are computers specially designed for Industrial environment, equipped with standard operating systems like Windows XP. Can run applications developed in commercial HMI's - more easy to program but with more expensive licenses - or applications developed in high level languages like VisualBasic - more complex to be programmed but license free. |

Remote Installation of Sensors and Actuators We make the configuration of low level networks, able to reach remote sensors and actuators. This type of solution allows the installation of the IO points near to the sensors and actuators, with significant reduction of cabling, installation time and costs of equipment. We use several types of networks, like DeviceNet and Profibus. |

Connection of Production Equipments We connect the different equipments of the production line through Ethernet, Profibus or DeviceNet. Some examples are : Connection between PLCs and Speed Controllers through Profibus or DeviceNet, allows the access to all parameters of the Speed Controller from the PLC - Check status of the device, identify alarms, change working frequency, acceleration ramps, etc. Reduces the hardware costs - no need of analog and digital IOs in the PLC, less cables, etc - and makes the maintenance easier. Communication between Robots and PLC's in DeviceNet The connection of Robots in DeviceNet allows a significant reduction in hardware costs because the exchange of information between the robots and the PLC's through network avoids all IO boards in the PLC and in the Robot. The project, Installation and Maintenance of the equipments is also simplified. |

Supervision Networks We connect Your production lines to the Ethernet network of Your organization, building a supervision network. Doing this it becomes possible to reach the production equipments from computers installed in management positions, allowing the collection of production data and definition of production specifications. It becomes also possible to reach the industrial equipments from outside through Internet in order, for instance, to implement remote maintenance services |

Tropimatica has a set of products dedicated to Supervision and Management of Production. They are able to collect production data, store it in databases and make it available later for management purposes. We install Software in the production equipments able to automatically collect production data : efficiency, OEE, stop times and production amounts. This information is saved in databases. We have solutions for management computers, able to access production data online and produce real time status of production. We can send Production Data online to PDA's through Internet We can also make production data available in production areas through production boards equipped with plasma screens.
