Tropimatica develops solutions of Artificial Vision for Position Detection. Synergies between Robotics and Artificial Vision teams allow us the development of common solutions, with the Artificial Vision applications perfectly integrated in the industrial robots, with optimized final applications.
We develop 2D position detection solutions, to identify parts over transport conveyors. These solutions identify the X/Y position of the part, as well as its rotation. Whenever necessary, the 2D position detection integrates a height measurement, achieving a 2D 1/2 position detection solution. For more complex solutions, we have 3D position detection solutions, through laser triangulation. These solutions identify the X/Y/Z position of the part, as well as its orientation, through tree angles Yaw, Pitch and Roll.
For every solution we develop the Artificial Vision application, as well as the software to allow the robot to reach the position detected by the cameras.
